Join the team. AV consulting and design, independent and vendor-neutral.

We plan audiovisual technology for conference centres, lecture halls, control rooms and museums. We do not sell equipment and we do not install it. We plan, and we represent the interests of building owners and clients: vendor-neutral, independent, and with the standard that in daily use the system does exactly what the room needs. We see projects through from start to finish, from the first needs analysis through concept and tendering to site supervision and acceptance. So your work does not end with the last drawing: in the end you stand in the finished room and measure for yourself whether your planning works. Our team works distributed across Germany and Spain, built on trust and good communication. If you would rather think technology through than sell it, you are in the right place.

Why avtecture

  • Independent planning

We do not sell or install technology. We plan it. Your recommendation never has to win against a product or a margin. What ends up in the room is there because it was the right choice.

  • Precise and on time

Our clients expect both: planning that is right, and planning that arrives on schedule. That is why we build review steps into the process from the start instead of sacrificing them under deadline pressure.

  • Where you live, not where we sit

Our team works distributed across Germany and Spain, each of us from where we live. Hamburg is our meeting point for coordination and exchange.

  • Training is part of the plan

AV technology moves fast, so learning is a fixed part of how we work. We support certifications in AV and network technology. Add to that training with many manufacturers, because only those who know the market can compare neutrally.

  • From needs analysis to operation

We stay with a project through its whole cycle: requirements, concept, tender, site supervision, image and acoustic measurement, acceptance and advice on operation, with project management from start to finish. You experience how your planning works in everyday use.

How it works

  1. Your application A CV and a few lines on what draws you to the position. We do not need a formal cover letter. What matters to us is understanding why you are the right person for the job.
  2. A personal reply Your application is read by us personally, not by a system. You will hear back either way, and we look forward to the conversation.
  3. Conversation About an hour, by video call or in Hamburg. We talk about projects and want to understand where your strengths lie.
  4. Getting to know each other, then an offer A day with the team or a small planning task, whichever suits you. Then an offer that matches what you can do.
